Strengthening Russia's position in the Caspian Sea, achieving national goals to accelerate economic growth and innovative development, exporting Russian education to the Caspian countries, securing talented youth in the geostrategic region - these are the topics of a large-scale conversation that will take place in Astrakhan at the Astrakhan State University and other sites in the city from 26 to May 28. The international scientific forum "Caspian 2021: ways of sustainable development" will unite the top officials of the science system, higher education and youth policy, leading scientists, experts of higher education and will become the driver of the Year of Science and Technology in Russia.
